At Ring By Spring™, every piece is crafted with care and intention. Because most of our products are custom/made to order, we are unable to accept returns on custom, made-to-order, or otherwise specialized merchandise and products.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
All custom and personalized pieces are final sale. Once production has begun, no changes, cancellations, or refunds can be accommodated. We encourage customers to review their order details carefully before placing an order to ensure accuracy.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ringbyspringco.com. We’ll review your claim and work to make it right; whether through repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.

Non-Custom Merchandise
For eligible non-custom, non-personalized items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
